Building on last year’s successful collaboration, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and ALIVE Ventures have continued to join forces in 2025 through BCG’s Social Impact Consulting Program, an initiative that provides pro bono strategic consulting services to high-potential, impact-driven businesses, helping them scale their operations and deepen their social and environmental impact.

This year, the partnership continued its work in Peru and Colombia, reaffirming our shared commitment to strengthen the ecosystem of purpose-driven entrepreneurs in Latin America. Across the region, more than 45 BCG consultants have joined forces to offer hands-on, strategic support to over 12 ventures in both countries, helping them refine their business models and scale their impact.

The 2025 edition featured two national open calls coordinated by ALIVE (one in each country), inviting impact-driven startups to pitch their solutions and compete for a year of tailored strategic consulting from BCG specialists. Each country's program culminated with the announcement of this year’s winners, Hoppnic in Peru and AcabadosVIS.com in Colombia.
