ALIVE and BCG Social Impact Consulting Prize in Bogotá Colombia

Building on our longstanding partnership, ALIVE joined forces once again this year with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) through the Social Impact Consulting Program, an initiative that provides pro bono strategic consulting to high-potential businesses addressing social and environmental challenges across Latin America.

This year, the partnership celebrated the fourth edition of the program in Peru and its 11th edition in Colombia, continuing to connect promising entrepreneurs with BCG's expertise to strengthen their business models, accelerate growth, and scale their impact.

Across both countries, the program has mobilized more than 50 BCG consultants, delivered over US$5 million in pro bono consulting services, and supported more than 14 impact-driven ventures.

The 2026 editions recognized Mobi Latam in Peru and Somos Finky in Colombia, two companies developing innovative solutions to expand access to sustainable mobility and higher education, respectively.

Mobi Latam, Winner of the 2026 Social Impact Consulting Award in Peru

The fourth edition of the Social Impact Consulting Award in Peru recognized Mobi Latam, a company working to make mobility more sustainable and inclusive.

Through its approach to addressing mobility challenges, Mobi Latam aims to contribute to more accessible and environmentally sustainable transportation solutions. As the winner of the 2026 edition, Mobi Latam will receive tailored pro bono strategic consulting from BCG to help strengthen its business strategy, accelerate growth, and expand its impact.

The event also recognized finalists Novum Solar and Bankyto, whose solutions reflect the diversity and potential of Peru's impact entrepreneurship ecosystem.

A highlight of the event was the participation of Hoppnic, winner of the 2025 edition, which shared how BCG's strategic consulting support had contributed to accelerating its business growth and expanding its impact. Its experience offered a concrete example of the value that specialized business expertise can bring to impact-driven ventures.

Somos Finky, Winner of the 2026 Social Impact Consulting Award in Colombia

In Bogotá, BCG and ALIVE celebrated the 11th edition of the Social Impact Consulting Award in Colombia, continuing more than a decade of support for social and environmental entrepreneurship in Colombia.

This year's winner, Somos Finky, is an educational financing platform that connects students in need of financial resources with individuals willing to fund their education.

By facilitating access to financing for higher education, Somos Finky seeks to reduce financial barriers that prevent students from pursuing their academic goals, creating new opportunities for personal and professional development.

As the winner, Somos Finky will benefit from BCG's pro bono strategic consulting services, helping the company strengthen its business model and scale its solution to reach more students across Colombia.

The Colombian edition also recognized finalists Samay and Green Crop for their innovative approaches to addressing social and environmental challenges.

The event brought together business leaders and CEOs who served on the jury, contributing their experience and perspectives to the selection process and demonstrating the role that the corporate sector can play in supporting impact entrepreneurship.

Looking Ahead

The 2026 editions of the Social Impact Consulting Program reaffirm the value of the partnership between BCG and ALIVE in strengthening Latin America's impact entrepreneurship ecosystem.

By combining entrepreneurial innovation with specialized strategic consulting, the initiative helps promising companies overcome business challenges, build more sustainable models, and expand the reach of their solutions.

BCG and ALIVE remain committed to supporting the next generation of impact-driven businesses in Peru, Colombia, and the broader region.
