ESTEBAN BARRIGA
Investment Analyst
Esteban joined ALIVE in January 2025. As an Investment Analyst, he participates in the sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities across the region, conducting sector and market analysis, financial modeling and due diligence processes. He is also involved in transaction structuring and in monitoring the financial and impact performance of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining ALIVE, Esteban was part of the Corporate and M&A team at OlarteMoure & Asociados, a recognized Colombian law firm, where he supported fundraising processes, corporate transactions and contractual matters. He previously worked at R2, a fintech specialized in embedded finance, participating in credit risk analysis and regulatory compliance processes across Colombia, Chile and Mexico.
Esteban holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with an emphasis in Corporate Law, and a diploma in Finance and Financial Markets from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
