Before joining the ALIVE team, Alan had nine years of experience working in the impact sector.  As co-founder of Quántica Education, a social enterprise incubator in Colombia, he helped more than 200 social entrepreneurs launch their companies. Prior to Quántica, Alan worked as an independent impact consultant for organizations such as Toniic (an impact investor network), Sopact (impact data management software), and Conscious Capitalism.

Alan has a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School (San Francisco & London), a certification in Management Consulting from the Management Consulting Institute, and is a Certified Impact Analyst (with Impaakt).
